In this episode, we have had the pleasure of hosting Lesia Dubenko (@LesiaLVD), a renowned political scientist and graduate of Lund University in European Affairs.

Lesia has published in the Financial Times, Politico Europe, New Eastern Europe, Atlantic Council, and Kyiv Post.

We were fortunate to host this session where Lesia engaged us in a lively discussion on topics like russian brutal invasion and the brave defense and resistance of the Ukrainian people, the changing nature of modern warfare and shifting power dynamic, increasingly important roles of cybersecurity and technology.

She provided quite an enlightening critique of the "Realist School' in international relations, emphasising its lack of moral component and focus on power and resources. She also addressed academia and the slow pace of change in establish, russo-centric theories. We didn't leave out the themes of European leadership, several key figures, and many more topics relevant to Ukraine and her victory.

Tune in for this insightful conversation!
