Als Kamala Harris im Januar 2021 zur Vizepräsidentin vereidigt wurde, feierte die Welt sie als Zukunft und Hoffnung der USA. Hier stand eine selbstbewusste, erfolgreiche Woman of Color an der Schwelle zum mächtigsten Amt in der freien Welt.
Seither ist es etwas still geworden um Kamala Harris. Sie ringt in Washington im Hintergrund mit schwierigen Aufgaben, ihre Popularität ist deutlich abgerutscht.
Für Folge 7 von Manhattan Transfer beschäftigen wir uns gerade deshalb mit der hochrangigsten Politikerin der USA, mit ihren Krisen, mit ihrer Rolle in der Biden Regierung und mit ihrer politischen Zukunft.
