On the latest episode of the "Health Futures" radio show and podcast, host Bob Roth sat down with Tammy Bohannon, President and CEO of Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) in Phoenix. They discussed FSL's mission of helping older adults age safely and independently in Arizona through a range of programs and services.
Tammy highlighted FSL's adult day health centers (recreations) which provide socialization, therapy, and respite for caregivers. She also talked about their expanding RISE services offering resources, information, support, and education for caregivers. FSL has affordable housing communities across Arizona and innovative programs like Activate transitional care in partnership with Dignity Health hospitals.
