In Episode 53, I interview Monica Hooks, The Executive Director the City of #Atlanta Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative. Ms. Hooks is also the Founder & CEO of M_Oracle. In this episode, we discuss the issues that are impacting the growth and development of women @entrepreneurs, especially Black female entrepreneurs.
Ms. Hooks provides strategic direction for the City of Atlanta's Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative where she develops, manages, and executes programs and initiatives that support the development and promotion of female entrepreneurship. She is responsible for key areas such as innovation policy, entrepreneur workforce programs, financial capacity building, and entrepreneur retention and development as it pertains to women's entrepreneurship throughout the City of Atlanta. In her past life, Ms. Hooks served as the Director of Marketing & Production Management for Columbia Records and is also the former Director Media Platform for All.com.
