It’s important to recognise that not everything in the world of mindfulness is about positivity. So get out there and acknowledge all the wonderful and interesting things you can do, and share what you are capable of with the world - but remember that we don’t need to be everything to everyone. You might not be the world’s greatest mathematician, and cooking might not be your bag - and that's okay.
