How to Beat the Heat is something we all consider during the hot summer months...or something we all should consider. Sun burns are not just detrimental to our health in short term but in longer term as well. It always surprises me when I see people flaunting their sun burns like it's something to be proud of. What I'm most proud of is when I get through an entire summer without getting burned, now that's a real challenge! https://youtu.be/yDQ2R_i_S7U Pay attention to the time of day you're spending the most of your time outside. Consider non toxic sunscreen and even wear long sleeves when it's extremely hot outside.
