Dream is defined as - a cherished aspiration, ambition, or ideal.

CORE VALUES OF DREAM TO SHINE ADVOCACY

a. Dedication - the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose
Determination to Succeed and Shine (the quality of being determined; firmness of purpose)
b. Resilience - the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness
- the ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape; elasticity
c. Enterprise - a project or undertaking, especially a bold or complex one
- a business or company
d. Engage - participate or become involved in / take part in
e. Attitude - a settled way of thinking or feeling about something
- is a way of feeling or acting toward a person, thing or situation
- manner of carrying oneself
- A state of mind or a feeling; disposition: had a positive attitude about work
f. Advocacy - is an activity by an individual or group that aims to influence decisions within political, economic, and social institutions
- comes from the Latin ‘advocare’ and literally means ‘to call out for support’
- a tool for “putting a problem on the agenda, providing a solution to that problem and building support for acting on both the problem and the solution”

And I finally heed my call on “Dream To Shine” advocacy. At first, I really don’t know what to write or what to say, I was just going with the flow with my mentor Genecia and Coach Joanne and fellow Female Entrepreneurs and Podcast Leaders.
But this entire journey of mine, always brings me down to the realization of how important it is to have a DREAM and break it down into achievable goals. And that’s why my podcast is DREAM TO SHINE so I can share my stories, journey and breakthroughs..
