Roberto is a data and technology expert with more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in international environments and now focuses his work on:
• Definition of the technology strategy of the company according to the annual business objectives set by the CxOs (reduce operating costs, increase revenues, improve customer and/or employee experience, etc,...)
• Implementation and execution of the strategic innovation plan, including the integration of impacted business areas, selection of vendors, creation, and leadership of high-performance teams, follow-up and monitoring of the impact on P&L.
• Development, optimization and maintenance of technology and data infrastructures.
Throughout his career, Roberto has acquired solid knowledge of problems and digital solutions that covers a wide range of sectors, including telco, media, leisure & entertainment, retail, hospitality, banking, aeronautics, constructions, infrastructures and logistics.
