In this very first episode, in my very first podcast I am diving in to give you the most important metaphor that changed my life... it gave me my power back. Listen as I share the metaphor of empowerment- that came to me in meditation, as a direct result of an inner conflict I was having. All it took was a moment of being open to receive one of the most empowering tools I have today that can shift me from looking outside myself (disempowered) to looking within (empowered).
