This part 2 continues to discuss the issues with training with a batting T and why? Science behind it and more. Then we get into the issues of soft toss from the side, in front and why you are wasting your time unless its just used as a warm up. Training real game situations for hitting. This is a great discussion that will help you cut down on practice and be more efficient with developing hitters. Husting pitches should be taught when players are young. Matt has a system he uses with hitters and none of it using soft toss or batting T’s unless just to loosen up.
